Orogold Ingredients – Research

Doctor researching OROGOLD ingredientsBeauty and skin care have always gone hand-in-hand and it is impossible to look beautiful without making sure that you take proper care of your skin. Most people end up taking their skin for granted and hardly spend any time in taking care of their skin. However, the skin plays a huge role, not just in terms of beauty, but also in terms of protecting your body from the damage caused by the free radicals in the environment and the harmful rays of the sun. Moreover, the skin also allows the body to release its toxins and maintain the internal temperature.

To test the importance of the skin for the human body, researchers decided to perform a series of tests. The one that offered the best results was an attempt to gather clinically relevant data about the skin care needs of the elderly. The study was conducted with the help of 68 non-institutionalized volunteers who aged between 50 – 91 years, with the average age being 74 years. The study also contained a 33-item questionnaire and a complete cutaneous exam. About 83% of this group reported concerns with regards to their skin and Pruritus was regarded to be the most common complaint among the participants.

Upon further examinations it was also discovered that almost all participants suffered from some cutaneous abnormality or the other. About 64.7% of the people also suffered from significant symptomatic or medical disorders. Some of the main disorders that were diagnosed included actinic keratoses, contact dermatitis, tinea pedis, stasis dermatitis and seborrheic dermatitis. Furthermore, most people agreed that they had not consulted physicians for their problems and had not discussed any of their skin care concerns with health care specialists either.

A review of their skin care routine showed a substantial limitation when it came to shampooing, nail care and bathing, particularly for those who were more than 80 years of age. The data obtained from the group also suggested that skin problems were extremely common among most people in the test group and one of the biggest reasons for this was that their basic skin care and dermatology were mostly unmet.

OROGOLD Sun ProtectionThis study goes on to show a direct correlation between the condition of your skin and your skin care routine. The more serious you are about skin care at an early age, the lesser skin conditions you’re likely to face when you grow old. The thing that most people fail to understand when it comes to skin care is that it takes time for the damage caused by the harmful UV rays of the sun and the free radicals in the environment to show on your skin. As a result, it might be years before you start to show the signs of skin damage and by then it might already be too late.

The best way to treat your skin is to start as early as possible. Ideally, you should have a well defined skin care routine by your mid twenties and keep altering the routine as you grow older. Remember, prevention is always a better and faster option than cure.
